346 D Street Public Information Plan Community Concern Meeting

Verizon and the property owner of 346 D Street, Oliver Street Capital, are proposing relocating the existing South Boston Verizon facility from 649 Summer Street to 346 D Street. 

The project entails configuration changes to the site, demolition of four buildings and remediation of the existing ground pollution of this Brownfield site. 

The kick-off for the Public Information Plan (PIP) process under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) for the pollution cleanup will be held on:

Tuesday April 1, 2025

6:30pm

via Zoom

The purpose of the meeting is to interview community members to identify community concerns regarding the continued cleanup of the site.
