Gardening In The Neighborhood

 Be the first to garden in the new park on A Street.

 The new park features 8 community garden plots, which will be assigned by lottery.  The lottery will be held:

Garden Plots 
(Medallion Ave in front of Channel Center Garage)

In case of inclement weather, meet in 1 Channel Center (State Street) Atrium.

Come and put your name in for a plot. We will draw 8 names for the garden plots and then 8 more for the waiting list. If you cannot attend, please send a proxy.

Garden plots are for 3 year terms to allow more people to participate in the garden over time.

If you are designated a plot, you must be prepared to plant your garden starting the week of July 14th.

5:30 - 7:30 pm

Meet in Wormwood Park (Wormwood & A Streets)_. Tools and work gloves will be provided. BYOB (Bring your own trash bag) please. We will be weeding along the A Street fence and in the Backstage garden on Medallion Ave. At 7:30 pm enjoy the fruit of your labors with wine and appetizers in Wormwood Park.
