The Boston Redevelopment Authority will host a public meeting regarding:

Project Description: An Expanded Project Notification Form (“Expanded PNF”) was filed by Jamestown, L.P (the “Proponent”) on May 15, 2014 for the proposed redevelopment of the Bronstein Center and Boston Design Center to be known as “The Innovation and Design Builidng” (the “IDB Project”), located on Drydock Avenue in the Boston Marine Industrial Park in South Boston.

The IDB Project proposes the conversion or reclassification of 206,388 square feet of interior space to commercial use and associated improvements to the existing buildings, parking, loading, access and other site and facade improvements.
