The Boston Redevelopment Authority will host a public meeting regarding 45 West Third Street development on March 20, 2014. Spaulding & Slye Investments propose to redevelop the approximately one acre site at 45 West Third Street in the South Boston neighborhood. An existing 30,000 square
foot, one-story brick building will be demolished and replaced with a new
mixed-use development including approximately 144,500 square feet of
residential space and ground floor retail/commercial space along A Street. Parking
will be provided in a partially below-grade garage.
The site is bordered by A St., Athens St., West Third St., and the South Boston Haul Rd.
